All paid plans include a 14-day free trial — no charge during the trial. After the trial ends, payments are non-refundable. See our refund policy.

Does SolyntraAI actually post to social media?

Not yet — V1 is a content planning and AI writing tool. You plan and generate content here, then post manually. Auto-publishing is coming in V2.

How do I cancel my plan?

Email support@solyntraai.com with subject "Cancel subscription". We'll process it within 24 hours and confirm via email.

I want yearly billing — how does that work?

Pay monthly via PayPal, then email support@solyntraai.com with subject "Yearly Plan Request". We'll apply a 20% discount and adjust your billing.
