Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Cancel any time during the trial at no cost.

2. No Refunds After Trial
Once the trial period ends and a payment is processed, all payments are final and non-refundable.
This applies to both monthly and any manually arranged yearly plans.

3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@solyntraai.com with subject "Cancel subscription".
Cancellation stops future charges. It does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid.

4. Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@solyntraai.com before initiating a PayPal dispute.
We will review and respond within 24 hours.

5. How to Cancel
Email support@solyntraai.com with subject "Cancel subscription".
We will confirm cancellation within 24 hours.
